William Pogor: Making His Way in the World

William Pogor is a young man on the go, and on his way up! During a recent mobility lesson at the Manchester Airport with instructor Kathie Turner of the New Hampshire Association for the Blind, he took an escalator for the first time.

This is one of the many adaptive living skills he has learned from The Association, starting in high school. His increased independence has also lifted his hopes and dreams for the future.

As William says, "Thanks to the Association, I've discovered that life is an adventure full of possibilities
